How should I clean my cup?
Hand wash only with mild soap and cold water. Do not scrub the design or soak your cup. It's important to remember that the cups are handmade and need to be treated with care.
What is your turnaround time?
All orders will be processed within 5-10 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Products notated as preorder typically have a 1-3 week turn around time. This time does not include shipping.
Depending on your order there are 2 different shipping options. USPS Ground Advantage (5-6 days) & USPS Priority Mail. (2-3 days). Please be aware of these turn around times and select which will best suit your needs.
All shipping costs are calculated based on your items, location, and chosen shipping method. Britt Renee and Company is not responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply.
I think my item was lost or stolen in the mail, what next?
Please contact me with any inquiries about the location of packages. Next steps are dealt with on an individual basis.
In general Britt Renee and Company is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen all circumstances which are beyond my control. Once I hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item, please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
If I accidentally put the wrong shipping address, can I get a refund? What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
Always double check your shipping address! I am not responsible for items being sent to the wrong address. If you entered the wrong address, please contact me immediately! Once your item is marked as "shipped", I cannot change the address. I do not offer refunds when given an incorrect address.
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?
Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. I cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. I have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as un-scanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but I am in no position to guarantee the timeline. I cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach you on time. If your order did not reach you on time, please contact me and the shipping carrier. I will try my best to work with you but don't control shipping. Please understand, NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.
